Beautiful, lush rolling hills and breathtaking views of Lake Tellico highlight the Rarity Pointe Championship golf course, Tennessee’s first Audubon Signature course. The par-72, 18-hole course sits on 150 acres and offers five sets of tees ranging from 4,700 yards on the forward tees to 7,225 yards at the championship tees.
Directions to the Rarity Pointe golf course:
From Knoxville/North –
- Take I-75 south toward Chattanooga to exit 81 Lenoir City/Oak Ridge.
- Off the exit, make a left at light onto US-321/TN-95.
- Travel approximately 8 miles on Hwy. 321 to Rarity Pointe on your right.
- Drive through entrance to gatehouse to enter into the golf course.

Format

The format for the outing will be a four-person
scramble or “best ball”. We are happy to match
individuals and pairs into foursomes.

Hiwassee Athletics
Thanks to the generosity of Rarity Bay Golf and
Country Club and others, the Tiger Shoot-Out raises
needed funds each year in support of Hiwassee
athletic programs. These athletic programs provide
for wholesome, Christian fellowship while
contributing to the development of a player’s
character, self confidence and team spirit. At
Hiwassee College, we are dedicated to providing an
atmosphere that helps our students reach their
fullest potential, whether they are in the
community, classroom, field or on the court.
