Hiwassee College is a residential campus with a rich tradition of fully engaging our natural and human resources. We are building programs focused on our extraordinary assets of almost 400 acres of land, pristine fresh water springs, heavily forested land, and are deeply committed to continuing the tradition of supporting our community by utilizing our campus as a research laboratory. Learning outcomes are designed so that students apply what they study in the classroom to campus life, internships with local businesses, and public service projects. Our students volunteer and give back to our community with the help and support of faculty and staff.
