Institutional Effectiveness

The mission of the Office for Institutional Effectiveness is to support Hiwassee College’s commitment to educational and institutional excellence through continuous evaluation and improvement.

Our goals and outcomes include:

  • Expanding the college’s capacity through assessment to conduct continuous data-driven improvement
  • Providing information/data to support the college’s planning process of institutional and program decision, outcome assessment, and accreditation
  • Serve as the liaison for accreditation and communications for the college
  • Providing effective leadership for accreditation and accountability
