We will have an enhanced commitment to excellence by all constituencies to meet our enrollment, financial, and infrastructure challenges.  We will achieve excellence across all campus enterprises.  We will focus on student success by engaging all appropriate constituencies through the engagement and continuation of higher education best performance practices.  We will increase collaboration, enhance collegiality, and effectively use assessment for improvement.

Hiwassee College has identified four fundamental values which guide the college at all levels: academic, co-curricular, social, and administrative.  They are:

  • Excellence
  • Faith
  • Tradition
  • Community
