The mission of the Hardwick-Johnston Memorial Library is to support the curriculum of Hiwassee College by providing the information resources and services necessary for quality teaching, learning, research, and scholarship. A vital component of library programming is to provide effective bibliographic instruction in locating, evaluating, and using traditional and web-based materials to students throughout their program of study. Hardwick-Johnston Memorial Library is committed to upholding the principles of academic freedom and fostering cultural diversity, creative expression, intellectual growth, and respect for different points of view.

  • Monday*:  8:00 am - 10:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
  • Wednesday*: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
  • Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Saturday: closed
  • Sunday: 5:00 - 10:00 pm

*Closes for Lyceum at 11:00 am; reopens as soon as Lyceum is over.
